Al-Baath University Hospital, which is the first university hospital in the central region, was established by Government Decree No. 10 of 2021 as a public body with an administrative nature based in the city of Homs.

A hospital that provides high-quality health services within the general framework of the strategy and plans of the Ministry of Higher Education and the Ministry of Health and with the exclusive use of resources. The hospital is also distinguished by the presence of a specialized specialty for students of the College of Medicine, the Medical Institute and the School of Nursing, in addition to training graduate students in medical colleges that supports scientific research in medicine.

Note that this medical permit includes 200 beds within 5 large areas with a basement for services, with a total floor area of ​​the hospital with annexes of 12,932 square meters, in addition to a general surrounding site in the hospital with an area of ​​9,000 square meters.
